For
features this month staff photographer
Toby Mosholder sweeps the issue
with a trifecta. To start off,
he caught up with Jason
Rossi and his 1999 Chevy S10
at the Fast Eddies “Moon Pie
Run”. Jason stepped way out
of the realm of a typical mini
truck suspension and used CCE
Hydraulics to give this dime
a respectable ride height.
When
building a true 4x4 show vehicle,
it is very difficult to really
stand out from the crowd. This
is one of the challenges that
Marc Bowen took on when
building this 1998 Chevy Suburban.
Most builders just spend countless
hours on the suspension, paint
and interior. But for Marc,
he took 3 Suburban’s, cut them
into pieces, and built a 10
door show stopper. Of course
no details were missed. This
is truly a feature not to miss
feature. Make sure to check
it out.
While
attending Spring Fling in Panama
City, FL, Toby completed this
trifecta by hooking up with
Greg Miller and his
1952 Chevy Truck. When
building a traditional farm
truck modifications are a must
if you want to win trophies
and turn heads. Greg did exactly
that. Big wheels, Air suspension,
crazy body mods, killer motor
and bright green paint make’s
this old school a trophy magnet.
For
shows this month, we start off
in Nashville, TN with staff
photographer Brad Walker on
the weekend of January 13-14,
2007 at the Nashville Motorsports
Expo. This first annual show
produced by Cruisin The Streets
and Appleton Motorcycle had
a wonderful turnout of many
different styled vehicles and
bikes. Stay up to date on all
the info for the 2008 show at

Staying
indoors we catch up with staff
photographer Toby Mosholder
at the Carl Casper Custom Auto
Show in Louisville, KY on the
weekend of February 23-25, 2007.
This show has the largest indoor
hydraulic contest of the winter
season. This year we had the
honor of taking Matt’s air dancer
to show off to the crowd and
dance it two times on Saturday.
The truck hit as high as 7 feet
and flipped over with ease.
Make sure to check out the video

wrap up the indoor shows this
month, we ride along with staff

annual Advance Auto Parts World
of Wheels in Pittsburgh, PA
on the weekend of Jan 19-21,
