For
our next feature, we spend
the day with staff photographer
Randall Reynolds on the photo
shoot of Malcolm Perry’s
1999 Toyota Tacoma. This
truck just screams 'hey take
me a for a drag!', with the
body laying on the ground
with the wheels tucked up
tight.
To
wrap up features this month,
we take a look at Shannon
Almond’s very
unique 1994 Cadillac STS.
Shannon is a very driven
woman and has taken the (mini
style caddy) to the max. With a
killer paint job, Lambo doors
and custom interior. Beware
of this one at awards guys… This
girl will not only steal
your heart she will also
steal your trophy.
For
show coverage this month
we start off in Carlisle,
PA with staff photographer
Michael McGill at the Carlisle
All Truck Nationals on the
weekend of Aug 2-5, 2007.
If
you have never had the chance
to attend the Carlisle All
Truck Nationals, you have
got to add this show to your
schedule. This is
by far one of the top truck
shows in the country.

info on the 2008 event visit

Next
we stop off in McMinnville,
TN for the Common Bonds Car
and Truck show with staff
photographer Brad Walker
on the weekend of September
1-2, 2007. Common
Bonds is a club spiritual
club out of Tennessee. Yearly
they throw this car show
and it just grows with every
year. Don’t miss this one.
Yearly,
DropJaw Magazine does several
shows across the south east.
This month we are featuring
their Summer
Cruise 2007 on July 27-29,
2007. This cruse goes from
Merrells Inlet, SC through
Lumberton, NC and ends up
at Charleston, SC. Talk about a great way
to spend the weekend.
Make
sure to visit www.dropjawmag.com
for all the info on their
2008 events.
We
wrap up coverage this month
with Amanda T and Double
D teaming up for Draggin
Detroit on July 14-15, 2007.
This show is a true example
of the mini truck power in
the motor city. Make sure
not to miss this killer coverage.

Draggin Detroit show visit:

For
special features this month
Cheri and Chromey send us
exclusive
behind the scenes coverage
from the Regulators Ghetto
Khamp at La Jolla Indian
Campground in Pauma Valley
California on the
weekend of Feb 15-17, 2008.
This event is held yearly
and is by invite only. So
only a few
“special” mini
truckers in So Cal get to attend.
Make sure to check out the
way these guys have a great
time on the west coast.
Also
this month, we have the return
of coast to coast and we
are giving a special shout
out to all our friends in
Ohio. That’s right
nothing
but custom plates from the
Buckeye State. You'll
see why this state holds
the custom plate trophy.
Well
that wraps it up for me
this month. See everyone
at the shows in 2008!
