DRAMA:
Is it really worth all the TROUBLE?
Why do people complain about others without knowing the facts or confronting the person in question? Time after time we hear people saying negative things about painters, body shops, audio-installers and even photographers and their only source is “friends” who have started these rumors. If you have a problem with someone in the industry first-hand then yes, you have the right to bitch. However if you didn’t and you only heard about it, do you really know the whole story? Could it be that the person you heard it from twisted the facts or left something out to cover their own butt? Just remember if you accuse someone of something and run your mouth about it, they can come back and get you for slander. Always have your facts and proof straight before spreading rumors.
Enough about the drama - the December Christmas issue is full of great features, show coverage, models and the Gauge Store buyer's guide. To start the Christmas issue off we have the beautiful Kaley Stoner ready to help Santa one way or another. Kaley’s sleigh featured on the cover is Robbie Hohlt’s S-10 Blazer of Severed Ties in Indiana. Miles Fork is the talented photographer that had the opportunity to work with Kaley and Robbie to make this one of the hottest covers to ever hit the pages of gauge. Next we have Chet Hills’ nostalgic 52 Ford Coupe from the Detroit area. Followed by the targa top square body S-10 of Ryan “Roach” Krugler of Twisted Allusion CC. To finish up the features in this issue is Brian Kingsbury’s 66 Beetle from Negative Camber in Tennessee.
The December issue as you know is dominated by SEMA coverage every year. Photographers Erod, Chromey, Chris Barnes and Double D all made it out to SEMA to shoot the massive show this year. First we have the SEMA Pre-Party hosted by Freaks of Nature at Hogs and Heifers Saloon. Second is the vehicles of SEMA where you will find some of the baddest machines on earth and a few others.
