GaugeMag: How did you get involved in doing custom interiors?
Trent: Went to a local auto upholstery shop to have them design & install custom interior in my 1st show vehicle, an '87 Chevy S10 (Project Way Low). The shop owner gave me the brush off like some young punk. Determined, I set out to learn for myself. I visited a local material supplier for everything I needed. An employee there overheard my story, realized he lived close to me and offered to teach me to sew. That is how it all began.

GaugeMag: What services do you offer and what do you do in house?
Trent: I offer custom car upholstery, design & development of rear spoilers and complete builds. Most everything is completed in house with the exception of paint. I have a nearby painter I work with for all my projects.
GaugeMag: How many vehicles have you built for yourself? give some details..
Trent: I have built 10 vehicles of my own. Most of all those vehicles are low and General Motors products.
GaugeMag: How many customer vehicles do you do in a year's time?
Trent: In a year's time I design/install 6 - 10 interiors, depending upon their completion before arrival. Some people only require seat skins and headliners. Others show up with a rolling frame wanting complete interiors including custom dash/console.
