 Big 317 Ballaz This a BRAND NEW KAR KLUB here in Naptown on the WESTSIDE. If you are ridin on Rims no matter what the size is, then come check us out. We do have club meeting usaully on Fridays right before we go off and show our rides around the 317. This are no annual fees and no club fees and all you have to do is be responsible for your whip and to keep it to where it looks good all the time. We are open to New Schools and Old Schools. Some of our projects that we have in mind are that we will make our grand entrance to the Lowrider Show this coming year and hopefully this year we will make it to ATL and win some prizes.
